What is Commerce SDK (CSDK)?
Commerce SDK (CSDK) is a secure, EMV-compliant (chip card standard) payment product for card-present payments, where the customer’s card is at your counter, through Elavon’s Converge payment gateway. It lets your mobile or desktop point-of-sale (POS) solution communicate with payment devices and printers.
What does CSDK do?
- It suits you if you want a card-present solution that runs on the Converge omni-commerce payment platform.
- Your mobile or desktop POS uses it to talk to payment devices and printers, and to process payments through Converge.
- It works with several Pre-certified EMV devices.
- Your customers can pay by magstripe, EMV contact or EMV contactless, with credit cards or Interac debit.
- Optional extras include tokenization (keeping a secure token in place of the card number) with card manager.
