How to check a gift card balance (Desk 5000 / Move 5000)
To check a gift card balance on a Desk 5000 or Move 5000, open the GIFT menu, select 3 – Balance Inquiry and swipe or key in the card number. A receipt prints with the available balance.
How do I check the balance on a gift card?
- Press the GIFT menu from second page of home screen (or press Enter and press 4 – Gift)
- Select 3 – Balance Inquiry
- Swipe or key in the gift card #
Receipt will print with available balance
