How to display or print a gift card batch balance (Desk 5000 / Move 5000)
To see the totals for your current or previous gift card batch on a Desk 5000 or Move 5000, open the Gift menu, select 7 - Batch Balance, choose the batch, then choose Print or Display.
How do I display or print the gift card batch balance?
- Press the GIFT menu from second page of home screen (or press Enter and select 4 – Gift)
- Select 7 - Batch Balance
- Select Current Batch or Previous Batch
- Select Print or Display
- Press Enter to return to Gift menu
