How to find the serial number (Desk 5000 / Move 5000)
The serial number on an Ingenico Desk 5000 or Move 5000 is on the bottom of a small barcode sticker on the terminal. If the sticker isn’t on the body of the terminal, check under the paper roll (Desk 5000) or under the battery (Move 5000). If you can’t find a sticker, print it from the terminal and look for Injected S/N.

If the sticker is not on the body of the terminal, check under the paper roll.

The serial number is at the bottom of a small barcode sticker, in this format: W#######-LL######
If the sticker is not on the body of the terminal, check under the battery:
- Remove backplate, lift battery latch and lift battery
How do I print the serial number if I can’t find the sticker?
These steps work on both terminals:
- Press #
- Press 7 – Terminal Info
- Press 1 – Terminal Info
- Press print
