How to refund to a gift card (Desk 5000 / Move 5000)
To refund to a gift card on a Desk 5000 or Move 5000 (for a returned item or to issue store credit), open the GIFT menu, select 5 – Refund, enter the amount, then swipe or key in the gift card number.
How do I refund to a gift card?
- Press the GIFT menu from second page of home screen (or press Enter and select 4 – Gift)
- Select 5 – Refund
- Enter the amount and press Enter
- Swipe or key in the gift card # and press Enter
- Choose to print customer receipt: 1 – Yes or 2- No
