How to run the terminal in demo mode (Desk 5000 / Move 5000)
Demo mode lets you learn the Desk 5000 or Move 5000 and train staff without real payments: all transactions are simulations and won’t be processed or settled. Turn it on or off under 3 - Setup Menu > 7 - Demo.
How do I turn demo mode on or off?
- Press ADMIN or .,#*
- If prompted enter password, press Enter
- Select 3 - Setup Menu
- Select 7 - Demo
The Demo menu has three options:
- 1 - Toggle Demo On or Off
- 2- Demo Amount Max – enter amount
- 3 - Demo Amount Web Max – enter amount
