What if settlement is unsuccessful or the batch is out of balance?

If the terminal says the batch is out of balance, contact Cartis support or the processor directly to resolve it. For help with other settlement problems, contact Cartis at 1-888-712-0770 or email support@cartispayments.com.

The time uses a 24-hour format: 2000 means 8PM Eastern.
