How to view all merchant accounts on your terminal (multi-MID) (Desk 5000 / Move 5000)
To see the merchant accounts (MIDs) set up on your Desk 5000 or Move 5000, press ADMIN or .,#*, then select 3 – Setup Menu, 1 – Merchant, 2 – Display List. A multi-MID terminal has two merchant accounts on one terminal.

What is a multi-MID terminal?
A multi-MID terminal has two merchant accounts on one terminal. MID stands for merchant ID, the number that identifies each merchant account.
How do I view the merchant accounts on my terminal?
- Press ADMIN or .,#*
- If prompted enter password, press Enter
- Select 3 - Setup Menu
- Select 1 - Merchant
- Select 2 - Display List
