How to search transactions in My Payments Insider (MPI)

Use transaction search in My Payments Insider (MPI) to find transactions by authorization date, settlement date or payment date. Select transaction search from the dashboard navigation menu, choose your date type and range, and click search.

From the dashboard navigation menu, select transaction search.

The transaction search page displays.

The authorization date is the day the card was approved, the settlement date is the day the batch was closed, and the payment date is the day the money was paid to you.

  1. Select if you are searching by authorization, settlement or payment date.
  2. Select search option – yesterday, this week, this month, this year or alternatively select a specific date range.
  3. Enter additional optional information (card number, minimum/maximum amounts, and authorization code)
  4. Click search and the summary report will display.
